It's loud enough so I can hear it but not so loud as to disturb others. The FM radio comes in quite clear. I play WXXI so I can enjoy my classical music. Just wish that the bass is a little heavier. The price was great.

It took a good minute to figure out how to work it (with the instructions of course) and it works great. The sound is excellent and the radio actually works really well. I couldn't be happier!

Bought it so we can connect with an aux cord (not included) to our larger speaker so we can enjoy the drive in theater without having to have our car on the whole time. It was the perfect, definitely recommend.

I am not a technology person -- just wanted an AM/FM radio that played CDs. This is it and at a reasonable price and it arrived as scheduled. The sound is very good; volume is easily adjusted, but the very best part is that the display shows the AM or FM station number and the CD option shows the track number -- no more guessing where I am. (That and the very good reviews are two of the reasons I bought it.) Also, it doesn't take up much room on my kitchen counter. Just got through playing an Elvis Presley gospel CD -- awesome!
