Battery life lasts long and loud enough to hear from at least 20 feet. Bought it so we can connect with an aux cord (not included) to our larger speaker so we can enjoy the drive in theater without having to have our car on the whole time. It was the perfect, definitely recommend.

Good sound for the price I paid. I like the auxiliary input jack. It functions as a speaker when I plug a laptop or old mp3 player into it. Sounds MUCH better than my laptop speaker! Digital radio tuner works well. Cds load fairly quickly. Cd player does not have some features I want including ability to fast forward within a song track, or showing the time length of tracks or cd. It plays cd track right away and I would prefer the default to be "PAUSE" first. It's hard to read the small controls.

My husband was looking for a small, portable radio to listen to the Braves games while he was working around the house. It's almost impossible to find a small AM/FM radio these days!!! This one works very well and is the right size ~ truly portable. Thanks for stocking a product like this for old timers that enjoy listening to ball games on the radio when they are outside!

Love it plays great and sounds awesome. Light weight and copact easy to carry and pack up if needed.

Ive been looking for a handy CD player with radio on it since I have small place to live. this cd player fits my style. Its hand and easy to play. Sound is good too.

I purchased this after purchasing a much more expensive one from another company that i returned. This one fit the bill. Great sound, easy to operate and tunes into radio channels very well. CD sound is good too. You can detach the cord and if you wish to use batteries the cord is not in the way. Would definitely purchase again. Nice looking too.

I have been searching for a good quality table size AM-FM receiver with a built in CD player and appear to gave found it with this Sony player. The sound quality is pretty half decent and the CD player works a lot better than the cd/AM/FM player that I had before. My only disappointment is that it does not have a clock to tell me the time. Otherwise it fits the bill.

I recently purchased the Insignia CD Boombox. This is the second one I have purchased. The Boombox works well and was reasonably priced. I could recommend anyone buying one who needs a reasonably priced Boombox to use. It is easy to use and there is no skipping of the CD after I turn it on.

For a small CD player it delivers a big sound for a little. The size is perfect and you fit it anyway. And with it easily goes anywhere with the batteries

I like my CD Boombox very much, It is very easy to use, easy to carry and easy to hear and understand the words very clearly. The Radio is a big bonus to the CD Player, It Increased the use of both radio and CD Player to daily.

I purchased this little boombox because I needed a simple, affordable cd player/radio and wanted it to be compact. I like the black color. Have already used it in our travel trailer and to take to my Sunday School class. It's strictly just basic but it is light (with no batteries) and easy to carry. Don't know why companies don't use white on dark print or something to show where "radio" "CD" etc. is on case but pamphlet they included have all of these things diagramed simply..

Nice size for small area! Easy operation and great value for money.

I bought this for my 7 year old granddaughter. It is a great size and she can carry it anywhere. It has very good sound for the size. The radio reception isn't the best, but we bought it mostly for the CD. When her grandfather heard it, he asked me to get him one too. He likes to sit in the yard and listen to CD's and doesn't have any other electronic device on which to listen to music.

We’ve been happy so far with this CD player/radio, though I will note that the first one we bought randomly stopped working on day 2. Best Buy let us replace it easily because of that with the same thing. The second one has worked ever since. It’s basic: CD player, radio, and the option of preset stations, which is exactly what we wanted.

Great sound...easy to setup and start listening...compact size ...it can fit almost anywhere.

Easy to use and has a great clear sound whether playing CD's or radio, no matter the volume. I recommend it.

This is a nice little boom box with a nice sound, and at a reasonable price. Wanted something portable to play all my CDs that I had accumulated over the years. My only complaint is that the selection buttons are hard to read.
