Needed to have a CD player so I could listen to my favorite CDs. This boombox filled the bill! Has good sound, is small inside, and fits well in on my counter. Also, it was on sale for 50% off so the price was definitely right, also!

My Insignia boombox is great. It wasn’t expensive. It’s small, yet has a good sound. It can be plugged in, or go anywhere on batteries.

This little boombox is working out great for me. I listen to books-on-cd and the voices are so clear that I have no problem understanding the spoken word. And the size is just right for being able to carry it with me as I move from room to room. I love it!

Excellent basic cb/dvd player - Has good sound. Good for price

My son had a radio in his room but it went bad. So for his birthday I took him to Best Buy to spend his money giving him a chance to get what he wants. He ran out of ideas until he seen a radio he could use for his room. I told him are you sure about this one. He said he liked the way it looked so we gave it a try. Let's just say I put a lot of money into the electronics I buy and was impressed how clear this radio was. All it needs is a remote control.

This boom box was just the thing for an elderly lady to keep in her sun room so she can listen to music from her youth. The big stereo system in a different room is complicated and not in the best location for her. This one was easy to use and the music was loud enough and clear enough for her to enjoy.

I purchased this to play CD's and it does a great job. Fantastic sound and super light and portable. Has both outlet power and battery power. When plugged in it limits the ability for it to move but other than that its really good.

For a boombox so small and not expensive it has a great sound. I use it in my kid's room so they can listen to their cds or hook up their mp3 player. Although it does not have a lot of bass it is crisp sounding. It took them a minute to learn all the buttons but they can work it on their own and they are happy so I am happy.

This boombox is just what I needed for listening to talk shows in the morning and late at night. It provides a good sound and is light and easy to carry around. I'm quite satisfied with it.

Very good, radio and CD player works well. 4 stars only because the sound is "small", a little tinny, no bass. But it's a great value for the price. We're happy with it. I've always had good luck with Insignia brand.

I was very happy to find this product for a gift to my granddaughter. She was thrilled, however, she dropped it and, sadly, I didn't have protection for the player. I'll be looking for alternate solutions, something more durable to withstand the occasional slip of hands.

I love this boombox. It has great sound. I needed something small but it sounds like a large boombox. I'm very happy with this product. It's easy to use and cam at a great price.

Works well for us. We use only for playing CDs while we are exercising in our basement. I agree with reviews we read before buying that the volume could be an issue if it was used in a large room.

Simple to Use.......Not too many buttons to figure out! Pretty good sound for its size. Radio reception is very good. Nice to be able to play all my old CD's.
