I switched to batteries, works great! About what I expected from a small boom box, perfect for the patio or kitchen

Great Bang-for-Buck CD Player/Boombox

Good, easy-to-use boom box

This new one is easy to use, doesn't have a lot of unneeded buttons, and is small so it doesn't take up a lot of space. So far I like it very much. Sound quality is good.

Sound quality is good. Easy to maneuver. Our kido loves it. Listens to the radio every day. Also plays cds easily. Very happy with this purchase.

We have several younger children and it handles the abuse that they tend to have quite well. It also has a good laser reader for being able to read fairly scratched CD's.
