This battery pack and charging cable were the perfect gift for someone who keeps buying and draining AA Batteries. It also helps that I can use the charging cable as a backup when the battery pack is drained out. This charge n play kit is a definite must have for any gamer.

The Insignia Charge & Play Kit is very useful if you want to save money on disposable batteries or use your Xbox One controller with your PC. I haven't had any issues with it, and I'd recommend it if your PC doesn't have Bluetooth capabilities and you want to use your controller on it.

Recieved a new xbox one wireless controller as a gift. Bought this to try instead of using disposable batteries. Well worth the price..my xbox controller charged up any ready to use ..don't have to worry about keeping a supply of disposal batteries. This pays for itself in a short period of time.

With the rechargeable feature, you seldom run out of controller access as the battery life after recharge is so long. At only $20, the unit fairly quickly pays for itself in money saved on regular battery purchases. Intuitive yellow light shows it is still charging; white light shows it is fully charged.

Or just because I'm tired of double a batteries running out. The life of the battery is decent about the same as AA batteries. Only thing I noticed is that it doesn't know it's charge. On the Xbox that just shows 75% battery charge. When it dies it won't tell you until it's completely dead you'll get a notice.

This battery pack works just fine. It's not an official Microsoft product an never registers as completely charged according to the onscreen icon, but seems to work just as well as the Microsoft batteries I own. One of my Microsoft batteries failed after just over a year of use which is why I decided to try a different brand.

Just got tired of buying and changing batteries. Works as advertised. Depending on his play hours, it holds charge for several days. Only thing now is I have to remember to put it on the charger. So I've added this to my to do list when he gets tucked in to bed.

This product works well with my controller. The charge allows for a couple evenings of game play with a headset. I'm glad I didn't spend more than I had to for this functionality. The cable allows for charging and use while connected. Cable initially seemed cheap however it does it's job.

The battery really works well. I’m not tethered to my console when I play. If it fails in the future - which all batteries eventually do, I can replace it. And if you’re really in bind you can still use double As. Best of both worlds.

I play A LOT of Fortnite and nothing is worse than being in a tight situation and running out of battery. The charge and play kit makes sure you don't have to lose another match due to your remote turning off and waiting for you to reconnect. Definite must have for gamers!

Needed a charger for the Xbox controller. Got tired of buying batteries. This works as intended and I'm not spending money replacing batteries anymore. Don't know how long the charge lasts as I recharge them after every use and overnight, but they've lasted over 10 hours on a marathon day.
