Works flawless! I have no complaints about it and it's cheaper than the Microsoft version. Highly recommend this over the MS one. This one does in fact charge it as well and lasts a very long time.

I bought this kit in a pinch a while ago at Best Buy and had to use a coupon before it expired. I knew I was taking a gamble on quality with a first-run accessory that came out so soon after the system itself did. The battery is nothing to rave about, it's a battery, it has fashionable zig-zag lines to tell it apart from other batteries, I guess--and it didn't start losing full capacity for the first few months. By month 5 or 6 of moderate-to-heavy use (5-10 hours a day, at least 4 days a week), it seemed to go from needing to be charged every two weeks, to every 7-9 days or so. Not a deal breaker, the 360's battery paks saw a degradation in their charge in less time. I loved the cord, however. Extremely generous length, snazzy bright green ends, and an ingenious light that went from orange to white when fully charged. Unfortunately, the cable started failing me after about three months in. I started noticing something wasn't right when I'd leave the controller plugged in (with a USB wall-plug converter, sold separately) for an hour or so, come back and turn it back on to play and I'd get the familiar pop-up telling me my controller was dead, still. Sure enough, something must've came loose on the inside of the cable, if I wiggled the end while it was plugged into the controller, the light would go from white (fully charged) to orange (charging) to non-existent. And the longer I tried using the cable, the looser that range became. I'm not rough on my cables, not like some people; I don't smoke, I don't kink them, I don't have a dog or a toddler chewing and trampling my cables. I feared that I bent the port on the controller itself, but nope, that still works fine with any other cable. So here I am, about a year later, and all I have to show for my purchase is a half-chargeable battery pak that I plug in with any ol' micro-USB cable that's floating around, and the memories of what was.

The kit does work. However it's not manufactured very well and the battery door has a hard time closing. Also the charging cable is very hard to get into the controller. Spend the extra 5 doats and get the official Xbox one.

Works as intended. Can play while charging. Additionally cable can be used on other devices and can be used to update the Xbox One controller. It works. If getting an Xbox one Controller or console, consider this charger and save money on batteries.

I was surprised with how long the charging cable is, I can still play while on the couch. It's quick to charge and I have no qualms with the discharge. Would purchase again.

This charger plug falls out and the battery does not hold a charge so it must stay plugged in all the time

Been a loyal fan of the plug n’ play since my Xbox 360 days. Love the fact you can plug in the wire charger and charge your controller battery as you game. Battery will last you a couple days depending how hardcore of a gamer you are. Highly recommend.

The insignia Charge & Okay kit for Xbox one is perfect replacement for the Microsoft version of the same thing. The battery last longer and one full charge gives enough time to play. Highly recommend this.

I love this thing because it gets rid of all the batteries I had to buy before! I just charge my controller for an hour and it's good for a week!

Item exactly as described, works perfectly in Xbox One controllers, cable is super long and seems pretty durable at this point. Overall, very happy with purchase.

Was going out to buy the MS brand but the BB I went to sold out, so luckily this was on the shelve and on sale so I had to pick it up. It was well worth buy with the $10 difference from the MS brand version and I also like the green plug charger! Pick it up if you need a charger.

batter last long and awesome battery life. If you dont want to buy the microsoft play n charge then this is a great option.

Insignia is the way to go with this, it's cheaper than the Microsoft version, and just as good. Can't go wrong...

Got this for Christmas last year. Been using it for 9 months now. Still holds the same amount of charge. Can keep playing when battery runs out just by plugging the cable in.

Works perfectly. Nice long cord (10 Feet) so playing while charging is no problem. Holds charge well, at least so far. Good value for the price.

Great item, saves on buying and switching batteries out. Better and overall a little cheaper than some rechargeables
