    Battery pack was hard to fit into the controller. Needed to force it quite a bit. No other complaints.

    This is a pretty simple product so as long as it charges the controller battery it functions as intended. This one does exactly what it says. It allows you to play and/or charge your Xbox One controller. And it does it for $10 less than the MS one. No brainer here.
