Product breaks easily so handle with much much care

The charging cord has already broken after less than 2 months. The end that plugs into the Xbox controller broke apart, but the battery pack is still usable, my son just uses another micro usb cord we already had.

Works well. Nice and sturdy. Silly green color. Hmm.

I bought this as a sub for one my son had for a long time. I figured they would be the same thing. I was wrong. This is the second I bought because the 1st one bent (I figured perhaps Maybe it was just me) got a second one and 3days in it was bent! With CoVid-19 ripping the nation this is honestly something you should save your money on and just purchase the more expensive one.

This has already paid for itself. Just so you know, the batteries can all of a sudden run out without warning, especially in the middle of a game online. I sure do not miss having to buy batteries all of the time.

I struggled with placing this battery in an xBox One controller for fear I was damaging a $60 piece of equipment. I exchanged this product for rechargeable AA batteries with wall charger that was three times the cost but, wow, so much better than this product. I do not recommend this product as it was a struggle and waste of time and money to me. Thank you for reading.

I've been now been through 3 controllers. One wireless black and 2 sport white edition controllers. The battery its self doesn't have a long life. Once you plug the cord in to the controller it will flash a few times then short thus frying your controller. At first i thought the controller were duds. I now know that's not the case. If you get it for the battery packed throw the cable away.

Save up another 15 bucks get yourself the wireless adapter and a separate battery the cable becomes bad within a few weeks so overtime it will fail where as the adapter won’t

I purchased this to save a few dollars on the overall price of the first party charge and play kit. Everything has preformed well with the only exception being that the battery itself sits oddly making the cover not close flush.

Charge doesn’t last at all every night I have to plug it in because my battery pack is dead even though I’ll leave it charging until my light turns white as soon as I take it off it’s not even fully charged. I would have thought since Best Buy sells it wouldn’t be junk but I was wrong! DO NOT BUY!!

We bought this because the wireless controller on our Xbox quit working. The cord lets my kids play with their existing controllers without any problems. Works very well, no noticeable lag. Great!

I got tired of switching out batteries in my controller all of the time. It is so much more convenient, especially when my batteries are dying in the middle of an operation on battlefield 1.

I was really looking forward to this! I had it for two days, and my son stepped on the wire while it was plugged in. It simply pulled the cable from the controller. That broke the connector rendering it useless

This does not have the replacement battery cover to be able to use another brands charger. If you already have an energizer charger this does not interchange. I am sure it works well, but it doesn't cross over.

I needed a rechargeable battery for my Xbox One controller so I purchased this product as well as the Insignia charging dock. When I put the battery into my Xbox controller, it wouldn't turn on. I plugged the cable that came with this purchase into my controller, but the indicator light was white meaning it was fully charged, but it wasn't. I left the cable in the controller hoping it would charge the battery but it did not. I put the battery into the Insignia charging dock but that indicator light was also white. I have even tried using other micro usb cables I have but nothing is working.

When I first purchased this product, it worked well. However, over the next few months the quality of the product started to decline. At first, I was able to play while charging with no problem. After a while, I would have to hold my controller in a certain position and not move it anyway for it to work. Now it seems the battery is completely dead and the charger no longer works.

Not recommended. I would say, save your money and buy the Microsoft branded charge and play kit. Cable has issues charging and battery life is fairly short on a full charge.

I tried many times to get this thing to work. The battery pack barely fits in the controller at all, and when I did get it in it bend the connectors for the batteries.
