Any time the cord is moved or the USB connection is touched the controller will shut off. The battery seems like it’s decent quality but the cable that is provided for charging is worthless. If I had a choice I would have purchased a different brand.

Good battery life poor cord.

The connector on the wire is "wimpy" in my opinion and the indicator light never changes colors. It my be that I received a defective one, but the quality feels a little cheap. Sorry Insignia... I usually have good things to say about your products.
