Pretty good charger

My only real complaint about this item is the charging cord itself is fairly short making charge and use of my 3DS annoying if I'm not close enough to the outlet.

Works well, but don't use a case.

The power cable is detachable so you can use it by itself, and the vertical footprint saves space and looks nice. The only downside is that it won't work with a case, even a slim one.

Not sure if it works

No he hasn't lost this one, BUT we had had instances where we had to take it out of the cradle and plug the cord directly into the DS in order for it to charge.

Great Stand for the Price
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Easily a must-purchase for anyone who keeps their New 3DS XL bedside. One caveat though, with a case on your New 3DS, it won't work. I suppose if it was a thin case it may work though. Great buy!

The package says it's for 3DS XL equipment. HOWEVER, it's not for all 3DS XL's. We purchased 2 Limited Edition Pikachu 3DS XL handhelds for our boys. They have the game card slot in the center on the back, not the front. The back is where the normal 3DS XL handheld charging point is located with the card holder in the front. They need to state on the box that these chargers are unacceptable for Limited Edition 3DS XL's handhelds.

Cannot use with a case on your DS
