If your sole purpose is to use this system outdoors, don't buy this one. We wanted to purchase to watch football game outdoors. After we connected everything and put the projector on, you could not see the game at all. It was terribly faded. Maybe it can be used in a rec room or garage and the light issue would not interfere. I don't know that for sure because we just packed it up and returned it.

Best Buy is not a good place anymore now

Don’t buy for Bluetooth audio!

Best Buy support offered an exchange so I could order the “right” item. Tried to inform them I did order the “right” item based on their description. Very dissatisfied with Best Buy and their definition of “support”

It is true that you a user must connect the speaker to the projector using the 3.5mm audio cable. The Bluetooth connection is meant to connect to the source that is playing the media (a phone, laptop, etc.).
