I don't know if it was because the scale is a power sucker (scale is on when standing on it and off shortly after stepping down) or because the batteries have weak power to begin with.

I should have known there'd be a catch. I received the batteries very timely and was excited about that because the device I needed them for had just died that morning. I happily replaced the battery and went on my merry way. Fast forward a week. My device's battery died again. I got another battery from this pack and for the first time noticed the date printed on it "Best Before Aug 2020". Well, considering I'd purchased them online mid-Sept 2020, I was already past the recommended date and it was reflective on how long each of these would last. I guess I still did okay on the value of the purchase because I'm postponing the date of buying new ones in-person by a few weeks. (Why will I purchase the next ones in-person? To avoid this happening again.)

(don't tell best buy to stop carrying these) ; P. Anywho's. I did have one or two that didn't have a charge when I got them, but still 1 or 2 bad out of the 24 isn't soo bad for the price. Would definitely buy again when/if needed.
