If all you need is 60hz/8bit/4k, this is for you..

Owned for 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Sadly, this cannot do 4K 120hz nor can it do 4K 60hz 10bit RGB, 4:4:4, or even 4:2:2. It cannot do 4K 60hz HDR either. This is strictly 4K 60hz 8 bit SDR 4:2:0. I used an LG C1 OLED and an 8K AudioQuest HDMI 2.1 cable (overkill, but used to eliminate bottlenecks) for testing. My recommendation is to pass on this if you're looking for a cable that can deliver quality visuals; DP to HDMI cable elsewhere. The only good thing about this adapter is the build quality. Feels and looks premium, but certainly isn't on a technical level. Disclaimer: This may be able to handle higher bandwidth at 1440 or lower. Also, during testing eARC dropped out and may not be able to handle enhanced audio, such as Atmos or DTS:X.

Doesn’t try to be one of those “ other cords”. Hassle free cord from the plethora of cords to choose from. Make sure the ends match your equipment jacks or you will need “ another cord”.

It also did not come with the adapter which required me to purchase separately to complete settting it up. The instalation was easy, plug and play.

What I can't say is if it was them, or the laptop, of the monitors or the dock. Like some part of the system wasn't working and they were a part of that system. Idk man.
