    When I first got the product, it was working just fine. However, after a few days, it stopped working for me. I am returning it.

    Unfortunately, the tech gave me the wrong adapter for my computer. I ended up having to make a special trip back to Bestbuy. Please check the merchandize better. I should have been more alert. But I was helping a friend. So I really didn't know I had purchased the wrong cord.
