The cradle looks decent and the battery packs are easy to install, but it does not charge well. It will often read the batteries as fully charged when they are actually dead. This is extremely disappointing when you go to switch to your "charged" controller when playing solo or want to play multiplayer. I wind up using a generic USB charger to get my controllers charged.

This is a reasonably priced item. My kids are a little rough and tend to place the control to hard on the charger. It hold up well for a few months.

This is a great display for the elite controller. A lot of the aftermarket stations do not work with them however this does and it looks good sitting there.

This charger was priced great and looks great but it has a serious flaw! It is SO difficult to get the controller set on it just right.... we’ve only had our Xbox since December and the controllers are terribly scratched up near the charging port as well as the metal port piece looking dented and messed up... I would not buy this again!

This has been great for my controllers! It comes with two battery packs, and the charges last a while! Definitely recommend it for the wireless controllers

Bought as extra gear for my child. I hope he likes the design and I'm looking forward to see what the longevity will be.

Fast charging.. It's kinda hard for my 4 yr to put remote on but other than that I really like how fast it charges.

Ok so I bought this cuz I have 3 sticks and I play a lot now for a storage spot for controllers it's cool looking now t get them on the Stand it sucks

One of the plugs was a little off. Controller had to be manipulated to charge. Now the metal piece is bent and won’t work.

The way the controller's attach for charging can be difficult and akward, but the controller's do charge quickly.

While it can be difficult to line it up a bit to start charging, it does work great and allows for plug-ins (mic or keyboard accessory) to remain on!

Works very well. Love the convenience of how it looks and works. After being fully charger, you can play for a long time before needing to charger.

No more batteries! The kids play the game for days. When the low battery indicators comes on, they put the remotes on the charger and no problems.

I like that this uses the built-in USB port vs. a batter door port, but it's too hard to get it seated.

I chose this system because I could use the rechargeable batteries I already had for my controllers. Sometimes it's hard to properly seat the controller especially when one controller is already in the charger (otherwise I would give 5 stars). Overall quite happy and saving my kids from bending the mini-connectors cables connectors that came with the rechargeable cables.

This is nice that you can charge your controllers and play your games while one of the controler are charging

It is doing what it is designed to do. No problems so far. Good design, makes storage of controllers simple.

It would be great if it charged on both sides but unfortunately only one side works after only 30 days...

Not as easy to use as some of our previous chargers. I also don't feel like the battery lasts as long.

I really needed this item, will do the job however when it rests on the stand to charge, you have to get it on right or it will not charge.
