It's nice not having to buy batteries anymore, but it's a bit troublesome getting the controllers onto the connection. It does the job....

The conector on base is a little tricky, would help if had a better guide or limit config, so as to not damage male connector on charger.

It was good while I used it but switched to one that just changes the battery packs which is more convenient for me.

It's hard to dock them without messing around for 5 minutes. The plug is very hard to connect. Once connected it works as advertised.

Make absolutely sure that you use the battery packs that come with the product. Even if you already have a rechargeable battery in your controller replace them with the ones that are included. If not, you'll turn on the controller than after about 30seconds it will say low battery. Aside from that, this product is great and I love the way it looks on the table. There are lights on it that tell you when the battery is charged or charging.

I am shocked I was able to get a charger and two rechargeable batters for the xbox one controller at such a cheap price. So happy!

It does what it is suppose to do but find it hard to connect controllers to charger. They also seem to fall off charger pretty easy.

It worker for a bit, but rathe by just the charging cable with the battery.

We have had other wireless controller charging stations and when we needed another I picked this one up in the store. This charger is not easy to use. You must line up the ports just right and hope that the controller buzzes. I am also afraid of damaging the port when trying to insert it into the charging station. Spend a little more and get the station that you just set the controllers in.
