It doesn't stay charged a long time, can't get it to

This unit provides plenty of power to both of my controllers, but it isn't an easy task for the controllers to connect to it. I'm surprised that I haven't snapped either of the connectors yet. I wish I would have looked for another solution instead of buying this one.

I got this product because of the price and I had an insignia charger for my XBox 360 controllers that I liked. Also this item offered the ability to charge the batteries without removing them from the controller. The charger does its job and is unobtrusive. However, I find that I can relatively easily connect the controller to the left the charger pin when I try and use the right charger pin it is a struggle to connect the controller. Because of this I have to make sure I connect the right side first otherwise I end up disconnecting the left side controller and have to reconnect that after I connect the right side. Ultimately it really is "you get what you paid for." with this item. It is a decent charger and maybe mine is just that one with a small flaw.

Bought the charger a few months ago and works very well.

I purchased this charger for my son. The sales person was VERY helpful and recommended this one from personal experience. The nice thing about this charger is that you can use the battery covers that came with the original controllers - so they won't get lost. Also, the stand for the charger makes it convenient to charge.

Very easy and fast charger for controler batteries

The Insignia Dual Controller Charger is a great looking charger and a great charger in general! It's not the best for when your batteries die while you're playing a game, but as long as you pop your controller on the charger every night, that should never happen!

The charging dock servers its purpose. However it is not the easiest task to connect the controller to the dock , this proved more difficult when trying to charge both controls at the same time. It does however become second nature after using a few times.

This charger is nice, and the batteries hold up great. It's just the charging base is hard to properly seat controllers on, and scratches the controller up. 3/5 stars otherwise it would have been a 5/5

I brought this for my son cause he was in need of a rechargeable battery and this was the best probuct to get him and more. This not only had what he needed in a rechargeable battery but it came with 2 recharable batteries, a docking station for two controllers and all for $25. Im planning to purchase one myself.

The batteries don't fit right so the cover is really snug. They are to big so they should come with a replacement battery cover. You can get it closed but you have to force it and may eventually brake the snaps.

It's nice to not have to worry about batteries any more and at the price of a large pack of batteries it's definitely worth it though I have trouble sometimes with putting the controllers on the charge

This product does not alight with the port to charge the controller. It has to be repositioned several times to make a connection then it still wont charge.
