I bought this for my 8 year old son. I was tired of changing batteries. Works well, charges fast. The only thing I do not liked so much is the "charger port"... it's a bit annoying to put the controller on it... But its a great product for the price.

Not the best battery charger. Charged battery last about 6h of game play. Doesn’t register as depleted battery on pause mode. I’ve had better chargers.

The only reason that I did not give it a 5 is because it is hard to get the controllers to sit correctly on the space. However my son decided that he would just use the rechargable batteries and plug them into a usb device to charge them.

The price is good and it's a space saver. The only thing I don't like about this charger compared to my other ones is that it takes too much effort to insert the controllers on the stand.

Product is not user friendly and batteries that come with it do not last long. Dies in 2 hours, and takes long to charge. The charge port on my controller is bent in on one side because it's hard plug the controller in.

When there are two players, this is an excellent choice. There is nothing worse than getting ready to play and having a controller that is not ready. Sometimes, the most difficult aspect is making sure that the players return the controllers to the charger. Easier said then done.

So it charges my controllers but they die out pretty fast. I already tried buying new rechargeable batteries buy it still doesn't work. It made no difference :/. I do not have the box for it any more. Can something be done ?

it does the job... but.... trying to get the controllers on the base is impossible! My son bent one of the controllers so much I had to switch it out. I finally told him to just put it aside and i would take care of it!

The design of this wasn’t thought well. My daughter always find it hard to dock in her controller and plus it the charge time is slow when you dock in 2 controllers.

The prduct is perfect. All is exactly as should be. Charges and docks. However the docking process is hard. You need a good 2 minutes to get both pads docked because charging ports are fixed and have to be alligned manually.

The charge that these battery packs hold is pathetic. Lasts an hour of game play, Tops. Much most cost effective to just buy rechargeable batteries and then buy a recharging station for those batteries individually

The controllers are hard to connect to the base. Then once they are connected to charger they do not always stay on.

Works well for my 9 year old. Wish you were able to buy additional charging packs to be on charger while in use but serves its purpose. I'm not going though a Costco pack of batteries every week anymore!

Much better charging station options out there. It is ridiculously difficult to get the controllers seated in the charging station. Once connected, it works just fine but the design is awkward.

I was very septic when I heard about the open box. I went into the store and talked with a great customer service man. Very helpful incentive of my needs. It turned out to be great if I could I would buy everything opened box. Thanks Best Buy

Purchased for a friend who was always replacing batteries. Now I don't have to listen to him on the headset complaining about his batteries being dead. It has a nice small footprint so not to look gaudy or take up a large amount of space.

Had hard time connecting controllers. Broke USB port on controller and left scratches on the front of controllers. Spend more and get better.

Item works as advertised but being new to consoles I picked this over just the simple battery charger which I think would be more functional to use.

Somewhat hard to plug in controllers and will sometimes show controller is completely charger (green light) when the batteries are still low (brand new controller)

Looks good. Charges as it should. My only complaint is sometimes I struggle a bit to get the controller's seated to the mini USB plug. Needs something to help guide it into place.
