We chose to purchase the insignia charger because it was cheaper than the xbox brand charger. It works great, but the chargers are really difficult to get into the charger.

The price was great and it saves me money because my controllers always need there battery replaced every few weeks. Only issue is actually connect them takes a secound.

Batteries are little big to fit into controller. And power jack in charger is always difficult to connect with controller

Was always hard to plug just 1 controller in, with two controllers it was twice as bad. The design is poor and trying to plug the micro-usb in blind is just a pain

Nothing to make frills about here. You plug it in and it charges your controllers. It will do EXACTLY what you buy it to do!!

It’s a pain to get the controller on it to charge...which is the whole point of having it. Not a huge fan. Looking for something better currently.

Purchased this for my kids. The setup on was quick and easy. There was no need to even look at the instructions. The charger is working exactly as expected.

This charger is pretty good, there's nothing too exciting about this Xbox controller charger. The charging port where you plug it in does take a few try's to get it in right, but it's a minor annoyance.

Was ok at first, but stopped working after a couple of months. Was pretty cheap so wasn’t surprised.

I really like the item my only issue is that one of the batteries doesn't charge 100% other than that it works great

This charger does the work of charging the controllers but the upside down charging pattern is weird and also one of the light indicators does not come on.

This is a really bad set up. The mount is very unstable, I can't let my children put the controllers on or take them off this contraption. When you put one on or take one off, you have to readjust the 2nd controller to still be on the charger correctly. This is a horrible design. They need to come up with just a cord to plug these in as you do your phone. The connection is exactly the same, no need for this holder.

It seems that it got lost in transit. I would like to give an honest review but since it is 21 days late and no one can find it or thought to send out another package. Heck send it to my local store and I would go and pick it up. I can tell my kids that the Grinch must have taken it and I'll play Blue Christmas. Can't recommend it because I do not have it. Thank you delivery people.

One side works One side doesn't. Probably held up good for a week before one side stopped working.

The controllers barely set on the charger... fall off and seems like im gona break the thing trying to make the charger and the controller line up.

After playing for hours and finally calling off, just put your controllers into the slots and you are ready to play again tomorrow. Charges fast.

I bought this for my step kids who go through batteries like crazy with their Xbox controllers. Worked ok for a few weeks then stopped.

As my title states these are ok to use but honestly it is more of a pain to try and fit them perfectly with my One S controllers. Impossible for my daughter to get them on there after we play because setting the plug with the top of the controller is near impossible without messing around with how the controller sits. Better off spending more for the charger that charges the battery with the controller sitting down called the energizer.

Batteries feel like they hold 80% of what Microsoft ones do (my opinion not a fact) but definitely worth it. I always have at least one controller charged and swap between the two.

This product looks nice until it comes to using it. The controllers plug in upside down, so you have controller handles sticking up off the surface. You have to wait until the controller is off or xBox will restart and it's not real easy to plug in the controller as you can't see what you are doing! We will be exchanging for a different one!
