I've only had the new controllers and this charging system for a couple days and already have scratches and little chips where the micro usb port is on the controllers trying to connect it to the charger. Will be looking for something else. Do not recommend.

We appreciate your comments and feedback on this product. Please, be careful with the USB port on your controller and on the dock, due to it being slim and fragile. Also if the controller is placed incorrectly it could lead to scratches on the port side of the controller.

One of the batteries was made wrong or incorrect. Can't close the battery cover on my Xbox controller. Tried with 3 different controllers. The docking station is kinda hard to use and dock. Did get a chance to return the item within the return time.
