...whom ever design this should go back to the drawing board. Absolutely terrible design as it is difficult to get the controllers plugged in to charge in the side-by-side configuration. Works fine once you get them plugged in but you have to monkey with them to get it just right and click/slide in.

Only complaint is that it can take some work to get the plugs aligned properly, but I like the footprint of the unit.

This stand looks very promising, but it's very painful to insert the controllers for charging.

Charging station works well but it can be difficult to connect to the station.

I bought this charger thinking, oh what a good deal!.... that's what I get for looking for a deal. My biggest issue is the design, the controller sits upside down in the charger so it's really unstable. After its plugged in the indicator light flashes for 2 seconds then nothing. Rechargeable batteries almost got stuck in remote to boot!!!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!

I like this charging station because you always know where your controllers are. We keep them up by the TV so you know exactly where they are.

This not only works to provide a method keeping my controllers charged but also a nicer way to store them than leaving them in front of my TV.

Worked the first month, and then died the second. Not worth even a dollar.

It's a better upgrade from the four prongs it's previous models. The unit now uses the micro USB port.

I really have to try to plug the controller in. It isn’t just an easy slide in.

My sun play all the time and he consumed lots of batteries. Now with this chargae system I do not need to buy lots of AA sizes batteries

Recharging station is great. A bit hard to get the controllers to plug in but otherwise great product.

First, the PROS: 1, For two batteries plus charging dock, this is very affordable. 2. The design of the dock and the upside-down charging orientation helps minimize clutter and the amount of space it takes up on the shelf. 3. Charging time is definitely much better than using standard rechargeable batteries (Duracell, Energizer, etc.) The CONS: 1. Battery life does tend to fall short compared to using traditional rechargeable AAs. 2. Getting the controllers to attach securely and correctly to the dock tends to take some wiggling or repositioning (kinda like trying to plug in the USB drive upside down on the first try). 3. It can be difficult trying to put the battery cover back on the controller once you install these batteries. All in all, I would recommend this simply because you get plenty for your money, and the few flaws are annoying but easy to live with.

i giving this product 2 start because the dificulty to engage the controler on the charger

Charges great but very difficult to connect controller to base.

This does not dock well and scratches the controllers top. It's hard to get into the dock.

The charger does what it is supposed to. After three months of owning it, we are happy with it.

Difficult to add two controllers at the time; Not a fan of the design
