A little hard to plug in the controller to charge and have to return it.

Think it was overpriced My system is outta memory

Found it difficult to use. The micro USB connection is hard to line up. When you do finally get the controller on the stand you end up bumping the other controller and have to adjust both. Ended up returning it and got the one made by Energizer.

took it back it wasn't a good design and very difficult to get the controller seated without wrecking the port

I originally purchased a different charger and had to exchange it because it was defective. I switched to the insignia and couldn’t be happier. IT DOES FIT MY ELITE CONTROLLER plus a second at the same time. Surprisingly easy to plug controllers in and no ugly USB wires hanging around. Also, batteries and covers fit nice and snug.

One side works every time. I have to struggle to get the player unit into the other side and then it works. Quality control is lacking.

Seems like only one side works in this device... I would spend the extra few bucks to buy the energizer charger or other charger

Worst charging stand I've ever owned. Extremely difficult to seat the controllers on to the plug. In the meantime while you're trying to line it up you get to scratch up your controller. Don't waste your money on this one. Totally aggravating. I will be replacing it with a different model. Wish I could give it zero stars.

This is a decent price for the Size battery but the actual charger port is hard to connect to the controller.

This is to hard to put on the charger. Would go for one that replaces the battery and lays on the charger versus trying to put this directly on the charging base.

I bought the first one which looks as if was changing the remote but when i took it off to play the battery was dead. Second one my sister bought did the same thing.

Kids have trouble getting controllers connected, this is a poor design. Ended up throwing it away.

Great concept if both batteries worked. One battery pack lights up but doesn't charge. Remote is not working at all.

It's hard enough to plug your colors into it with mout damaging your ports. Be careful

Piece of garbage won't charge controllers. Stopped working after 3 weeks

Incredibly easy to use, the leds show when the battery is charging and when it is full. This comes with the charger and 2 batteries that pop in place of the AA batteries and allow for use of the original battery cover.

Purchased in Christmas of 2017, this dock has kept my wife and I's controllers charged up! At just $25, I honestly thought it was just a charging station, but it comes with 2 battery packs that fit any Xbox controller! I will admit, the batteries have lost some capacity, but only about 10-15% in one year; I can still play over 6 hours at a time before needing recharged. If you just remember to dock your controller when not in use, I am certain you will never run out of charge. Perfect gift for any child or adult that uses the Xbox controller.

I think this is an awesome necessity for all gamers.You can charge 2 batteries at a time and always have power for your wireless controller.Can't get no better than that.

This is really good for my son. He runs out of them way too much.
