This is a decent charge station. I'm not thrilled about the slight difficulty seating and unseating controller, feels 'sticky' but it's sleek and fits well in my cabinet with t he other devices.

It was a little difficult to place the remotes the first time but we have it down now. The batteries seem to last a while. Best part is that the go in upside down so my sone doesn't have to remove the chatpad.

Good job of recharging the batteries but the charger is a little hard to fit into the holders. Bad design by Microsoft more the. This company. Still a good product for the money and to save the landfills

The dock is great and easy to use. The only issue is getting the controllers to push into the charing plug on the dock. Once you try several times it gets easier. Would have rated 5 stars without this issue.

This product is great for the price. The only complaint I have is that it is difficult to put the controllers on to the dock as the ports go into the micro USB port on top of the controller.

I was very happy to see that this charger came with two battery packs. I find that they charge quickly and hold their charge for a period equal to the battery pack I previously purchased from Microsoft. Overall this is a good deal for a quality product.

After using disposable batteries which seem to burn out quick in the XBox one controllers, I am very pleased with this Insignia charger which came with 2 rechargeable battery packs and can charge both of the controllers simultaneously if need be.

I am totally sold on Insignia as a brand. I have 3 Insignia Tv's. My brother has 1 and so does my dad. Never had one issue. So I gave the Xbox One charger and batteries a try. They work Great! Quick charge time and batteries last a long time.

great deal for the batteries but the charging stand is not the greatest. Easier to just plug directly into your controller with a micro USB cord for charging.

The rechargeable batteries last a lot longer than I was expecting. My son and I can play for hours and not have to charge. Only downside, they are hard to secure in place in the charging stand.

Purchased this to charge the original remote that came with my son's Xbox one and the Xtra one a friend purchased so others can play. It's super easy to use and there's no need for instructions, I would purchase again in the future if needed.

I have had this charging station for a while now. It has done a great job, but it doesnt charge in all of the controllers that I have. It also holds a lesser charge in certain controllers that I have used.

The charger works and I love that the batteries stay in the controller. My only complaint is it's difficult to connect the controller to the charger and its scratched up the tops of my controllers

Absolutely recommended for anyone with wireless controllers. Controllers go through batteries at an insane rate, so this saved me a ton of money. Well made and durable, easy set up.

Definitely a must have if your a gamer because it definitely a hassle to use batteries when you have to always have to replace. With the charger you save money and never to worry about going dead during a game.

So far owned for over 10 months and I love this charging station. It’s a little hard to put the controller on in the dark but with the light on it’s a piece of cake. great value.

If your kids play X Box like my son, then this is a necessity. Controllers burn through batteries like gang busters.Now you charge overnight. If your kid plays Fortnite , you need this !

Love having the option to recharge the controllers. My son was eating through my supply of batteries, and every time I needed one, they were gone. He loves just putting the controller back on the charger and never having to worry about it.

Good product charges both controllers simultaneously a little hard to dock but it just takes a little patience other than that good product like I said better than buying batteries all the time!

Love being able to just dock the controllers to charge instead of replacing batteries. 4 stars only because we haven't had this very long so can't comment on longevity.
