We have had the console for awhile and always used regular batteries. This is a game changer for a mom with 4 kids!!!

Does not need to be plugged into the Xbox to charge like my old battery charger, and I do not need to take the battery out to charge. I am fairly happy with this new set up.

Works just fine and is a good deal, but I would still recommend you buy it on sale. The included batteries are the best part of this purchase.

Pretty good charger for XBOX controllers. Wasn't my favorite of the ones I tried, but still does a great job and I would recommend it. Enjoy!

i actually had to return the first charger back to Best Buy due to one of the batteries not holding a charge. The second replacement one works well, battery is strong to hold charge for hours. The cradle that holds the controller is of poor design, you have to move the controller up and down a few times in order to secure it to the charging connectors I wont allow my kids to do it in fear they might bend the charging connectors.

The charger is working great. It keeps a charge for a long time. Only negative is that it is difficult to connect the controller to the base.

This item does it’s job, it keeps my Xbox controllers charged with the included rechargeable batteries. No need to buy batteries again!

first time I've ever used a charger like this one and yes it saves on batteries as I found out how many batteries I was using on the x-box one too many

I would buy this again over batteries. I kept using batteries for the longest time and finally switched. Saves me money

It looks great and makes charging the controllers easy! The lights aren’t extremely bright either so leaving them plugged in over night isn’t an issue.

We picked up 2 of these for our new xbox, which is used mostly by our kids. Makes perfect sense to cut down on battery costs. It takes some time to align the controllers for a proper connection. After 6 months of use one of the connections stopped working, and the ports on the controllers are pretty beat up. A redesign would be nice, so the controllers can dock with less effort.

Saves money not having to keep replacing batteries but important to make sure it connects well and light comes on.

It's pretty low and fits next to the Xbox. So far so good. My last one wouldn't keep a charge but it was bought with the day one Xbox One so that was to be expected.

Having rechargeable batteries and a station to charge your batteries while in the controller is the only way to go. These batteries work great!! After a few months of using this, I’ve found that the controller is not that easy to load onto the station. It should just be an easy click and away you go, but you have to fiddle with it until it actually locks in place. It really should be much more effortless
