The batteries last for my needs (seems like 12+ hours on a full charge). I've been surprised how hard it is to line up the top of the controller with the dock to have it slide in. The battery pack also is barely too big for the controllers. I get nervous trying to put the plastic cover back on the back once this beast is in there. It fits, but man, just barely.

Works great for my Xbox controllers, is easy to plug in and doesn’t take up much room. Got on sale, so definitely worth it.

The controllers plug right in nicely and it vibrates to let you know it’s connected to the charging port. Really quick charge as well.

Never have to worry about having to stop playing because I can charge two controller at a time, there always backup.

I love this dock and it keeps my controller charged all day. It can be difficult to dock though as it uses the micro usb port.

Got this to help organize my son's xbox controllers. It also charges them easily. I love how it helps him keep his gaming neat and organized.

Costs less than just a single battery pack of official Xbox rechargeable. Battery life and charge time seem to be great so far.

I bought mine with my system. I can't stress enough how much you need these things, they definitely help in the long run.

I like the look and the way the controllers sit on it. It's pretty cool. So far it has worked perfectly. The only thing I don't love about it is the way it connects to the controller. It charges through the top of the controller in what looks like the same plug as a cell phone which is very small. It's a little awkward trying to insert it to charge upside down because you can't see it... But, it does work and looks cool hopefully the charging port and male plug don't end up breaking after time.

Awkward getting controllers placed but does it’s job and having freshly charged controllers for long gaming sessions is what matters most

My kids really love this charger. It fits both controllers at once. They put it on there at night and have a full charge by morning.

Even if you only have one remote buying this gives you options. We either have an extra battery or can purchase another remote and not worry about batteries.

Great price compared to Xbox One Microsoft brand charger. Overall it has a great design. But docking a controller on the charge point is hard to do. Especially a Microsoft custom designed controller hard to get lined up to the charging point. Also the rechargeable batteries don't fit perfectly in the controller. This item was returned for this reason.

It does the job, the only thing I can complain about is getting the charge insert aligned with the charger

Like the batterys last a long time when playing. The charge port is great dont have to take out the battery to charge i just connect my controllers to the port.

I keep two controllers on this dock at all times so that no matter what we always have a charged controller. I definitely recommend!

Love the fact that I do not have to buy batteries. Controller fits great in your hand and has awesome responses to commands.
