I just reviewed an Insignia 2 controller charger I got for the PS4 that I picked up the sametime I got this XBOX one. It was DOA. But the XBOX one works great! When Insignia products work, they're awesome, but save your receipt and be gentle to the boxes the products come in, because you might need to exchange them.

Okay charger

These have the controllers flipped upside down and you have to make sure it's lined up right to fit into the port. I'm used to chargers you rest on the craddle. They do what they're supposed to.

It would have been better if it was made to intergrate with usb port on the Xbox One
