Works great. Like that you can charge both at once

Giving this item an average on the scale due to the fact that i feel as though i am going to break the thing every time i plug my controller in. but plus side is that it charges fast

Works great for the price. It's a bit of nuisance having to carefully dock it sometimes since there isn't an easy way to easily align the connector to the controller. Other than that its a great buy for the price.

This is great working charger and does what it should. My only complaint is that you have to turn the controller upside down to charge it can be a little difficult at times to get the controller to actually sit on the charging port. Besides that it works great

It is not easy to get the controller lined up with the charging port and get the controller to stay in place very well. Once you do, it works ok. I am not a huge gamer so I probably won't buy something better. I think I will just stay with this. I think I would be better off with a cord or something that would be easier to place in the cradle without having to focus on getting the ports to line up. Oh and I did buy this as a customer return. It appears that someone else was not happy with it either. For $20 open box buy I can't complain too much

Battery life is good and I like the LED "charged" indicator lights; however, placing controllers on the charging ports can be a bit clumsy. Be careful not to damage the controller when you put it on the charger.

The batteries and charger work great, I just wish I could charge the batteries out of the controller. Current design requires you plug your controller into the docking station instead of just the battery

I like that you can charge two controllers at one time. It’s not the easiest to mount your controller and the base isn’t that stable, but if you need a cheap charger, this one will work.

This charges well and looks nice. Charge indicator lights are nice. Often the controllers are hard to get seated into the charging ports. Requires too much pressure amd doesn't align as well as it should.

I like this charging station especially for the price. The price makes sense and it is a bigger battery than other after market chargers. It is a little difficult to mount the controllers onto the stand but all and all it does its job.

It's hard to place controller in the right place for it to charge. The kids keep missing it and the controller would be dead in the morning. Once it's properly on the charger it works good.

Great charger that gives you 2 batteries for the price of one. I would have given 5 stars but the battery does not fit as well in the controller. Also it can be kind of tricky to fit the charger into the contoller. Over All though a great product.

This was an after Christmas gift for my daughter. She likes it much better than replacing regular batteries. It's the Insigna brand but we've found other products from that line to work as well as the name brand at much less cost.

Is sleek and nice. Don't have to buy batteries anymore. Was not that expensive for 2 batteries and charging stand. Only downfall is slight difficulty sliding controller on stand and plugging in to connecting point to charge controller

charging cradle is decent. Now there is no need to hear "i need batteries" Only downside is the way the chargers connect. Would of been easier if you just dropped in the cradle and connection was on contact.

This device works great for my Xbox controller, I like the fact that it comes with rechargable batteries so I don’t have to spend any extra on those. The light indicator is great as it tells me when I’m connected by buzzing and when it’s full charge with the green light.

Batteries last decently and as others have mentioned the hookup into the cradle can be awkward. Also the covers didn't want to go back on easily once battery packs are in.

Once you get the batteries in the charger is great but it was tough to get them to fit. I was worried I was going to snap something in my controller but once they were in it’s nicer than constantly buying new batteries.

this seemed like the way to go, rather than having to replace AA batteries constantly, just get this setup for the convenience of recharging. A little tricky for the kids to get the controllers docked properly on here to charge, but they can do it.

charging station is working great, charging cord is long enough to go from the power strip all the way through to sit onto of the son's TV/game stand. controllers fit securely into the charging slots. no issue as of right now.
