This was less expensive then the previous device we purchased for charging our xbox one controllers. Don't love the connection style when mounting the controllers.

My favorite thing about this charger is the remotes charge upside down. Why is this so great? Because my son’s remote has an adapter so he can plug in the headset. Since it charges upside down he doesn’t have to remove it every time to charge it!

It was a decent price and shipped quick. Works great. I was worried about the controller falling off which I’ve experienced before with other chargers but this one holds em tight.

Not sure why Microsoft didn't decide to put rechargable batteries in all controllers, but thats how we end up with these products. Works well enough, but kind of a pain to get at the right angle.

price for product was good but after a few weeks of use the battery didn't hold its charge for long, and i typically like to drain the battery before i charge. not sure what went wrong but it's to late to return i think.

This is a great xbox charger. It holds both of my controllers with ease and the 2 extra batteries are a plus. Would have been 5 stars if you could charge the batteries directly without an box controller.

Work as advertised. Only small con I've had is they are a little hard to set on the charger in the dark. Maybe a little light could have helped line it up but not a major issue.

Not the best charger, have to align the controllers just right in order for it to charge but it get the job done. The batteries it comes with don't last long, even on a full charge, we may invest in better batteries.

Looks and feels cheap. It works though. Kind of difficult to figure out where to line up the controllers, but I'm sure when you get used to it that it will become second nature.

The controller charger works well, my only gripe is the difficulty in docking the controller in a darkly lit cabinet. There are other chargers that can make this task easier, but it's tough to beat Insignia's price!

Though I probably wouldn't buy it again...I don't usually have both controllers out of juice, so I one controller charger probably would have been fine for me. But I can see having this if you do a lot of multiplayer

This item is good for the price but not good if it's going to be used by kids. You have to insert the paddle in the stand just right and sometimes wiggle it to go on the USB connector just right.

The charger works pretty well. Works better than when we first got it. The controller kept getting pushed off the stand the first couple of days but the plastic loosened up and they sit perfectly now.

Comes with what you need for your XBox Controller. Rechargable batteries, not the 2 AA but a pack so you cant mess up the polarity. The charge dock is snug, the controller will vibrate and the led light will flash to let you know its charging.

As opposed to the majority of chargers this one uses the micro usb connector to charge and I love it. To many competitors are using battery connectors and I have had poor Luck with getting reliable connections- this one works right every time

Fully charged batteries last a while. Fast charging. Sometimes a bit difficult to get on the docking station but nothing major.

Battery packs fit good in controllers , they charge well and makes a little extra space on entertainment center , works with xbox one and xbox one s controllers .

I had a pair of wireless chargers for my 360. I needed a new wireless charger. I really like the compactness of this charger. Unfortunately sometimes the controllers are difficult to get on the charger.

The charging stand and batteries are super convenient. Only issues is the batteries only lasted about a year and a half before acting up and having to replace them.

I have had this item much longer than I have been using it. So far, no problems. Controllers fit a bit funny, but it seems to work. I bought this one after going through two others of a different brand.
