Works but major flaw

The problem is that these things are impossible to get in the stand. It is a very poor design and if you miss (which you will) then you get a nice scratch on your controller as a reward. There's other options out there, if someone figure out the trick to get a controller into the stand then let us know!

It does its job, but...

Well it helps with the first part. But it is very difficult to actually plug the unit into the charger. Imagine trying to plug the wall into the cord, instead of the other way around, and that is what you have here.
