You are force to use Bluetooth. O have older vehicles that dont have bluetooth, over all i wish i would of kept my samzung 10.

Taking it off is hard when it shouldnt be. The measurements dont really match to this phone. Going to get another case in a month or so.

The negatives: the back of the case feels kind of slick to me, the side key buttons need to protrude more, & there is a gap along the top edge of the phone between the bottom corners where the inner softshell should have wrapped over the top edge of the phone. Due to those negatives, I feel the 1 piece design of the Insignia hard-shell case offers better protection overall for the same cost!

Very solid, sturdy case
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.If you are looking for a case for the Samsung Galaxy S23+ that provides excellent protection, I think that you can do no better than this case. It contains two layers--a soft inner shell and a seemingly indestructible, hard, outer shell. Note--you need to pull out the soft shell and put in on your phone first, and then insert the phone with the soft shell on it into the hard shell. The instructions on the box state this clearly, but I didn't read the instructions at first and tried unsuccessfully to insert the phone into the unseparated layers. It is impossible. Even when following instructions, it takes some persistence to push the phone with the soft layer on into the hard shell. And, once in, it is very difficult to remove, which is just what you want for a secure case. So, if you want a case that provides excellent protection from drops, a very grippy edge that allows you to hold the phone securely, and you do not plan to remove the phone from the case often, this case is perfect.
