No issues with this, but I trust Otterbox defender series a lot more given my field of work and harsh conditions in an austere environment. For the price its decent if you're waiting on a case with top shelf durability.

I received great customer service and help from the guy in the department. The first time I had bought anything from Best Buy in a long time, but made me realize I need to be doing all my electronics shopping there.

Great case with 1 major issue.

Was glass screen protector friendly. But 1 major problem/issue which made this case unusable. The power and volume buttons were not properly done and I could not push them. Tried a couple things to get them aligned better but nothing worked. Not sure if just my case had a defect or they all do.
