To top it off - screws were missing, cable brackets missing and the bolt covers missing. Ive always defended best buy from people that talk crap aabout it and now i see why. The mount itself seems to be built well.

Got a 24" and 27" on it and it holds sturdy and is relatively easy to set up. Definitely would recommend
