Assembly was simple and features were nice, but 6 months after purchase the right side arm can't seem to support my 28" 18 lb monitor. The angle keeps dropping down and the bolt is tightened fully.

||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.This mount was unusable due to the mounting plates being installed incorrectly from the factory. Similar to other reviewers my product had the plates facing upwards so that the screens would only point up at the ceiling. I was able to undo a screw on one of them to rotate it but the other side had the screw installed backwards so there was no way to undo it and rotate the plate. Complete waste of my time and afternoon. Returned immediately before I even thought to take a picture.
