To much hassle

That fact that it no come with any of the screws and washers was ridiculous. I spent an extra 20 bucks buying what was needed. Because it was for work and I didn’t have time to exchange it.

Difficult assembly amd needs flat bottom desk

The pieces are stiff out of the box and need wd40 in order to assemble

The part that actually holds the monitors are so weak, they can't hold up the monitors up anymore. It'll last for less than a year, you will notice your monitors dip down slowly then at some point they wont even hold up anymore.

Unusable, and from a current employee, a sick joke. Apparently has been a recurring issue for months

Facing wrong direction

I originally thought it was no big deal as I can just remove some screws and flip them. I did flip one plate, but the other plate's screw is blocked off and nearly impossible to reach. I decided it was not worth my time and effort anymore.

Mount was manufactured incorrectly

I exchanged the mount for a new one as it does seem to a sturdy mount. However, I had similar manufacturing issues with the new mount received. So I ended up just returning the mount and getting a refund.

Posted .Hi, thanks for your review. Since the packaging structure design, the folding state of the monitor arm is one monitor plate upwards and one downwards. The user needs to adjust the direction of the plate to the same horizontal line during the assembly process. And the installation steps can be referred to the below, you can also find more detailed steps in the user manual. 1. Remove the monitor support arm from the box and unfold the right and left arms; 2. Slide the monitor arm over the top of the support tube and tighten the monitor support lock; 3. Filp the monitor attachment plates on both ends of the monitor support arm to the same horizontal line in front.
