The door glass was shattered and BB expects me to take this to the store for return

Echoing the other one star reviews - compressor failed within a year of use.

***** CLARIFICATION ***** Wine side (the right hand side) will ONLY drop to 41 degrees. The left side will go all the way down to 34 degrees. ******* I had initially ordered a similar unit on Amazon that was around $1000. My wife wasn't pleased with the price so I canceled the order and ordered a single zone $350 unit (again on Amazon). It came in, looked nice but literally took it 4 days to cool drinks to a somewhat acceptable level so I returned it. Popped into Best Buy, saw this one on sale for $650 and ordered it. They shipped it (very fast) and when it arrived I was floored at how heavy it was and then the build quality once we got it out of the box. This unit literally made the $350 amazon unit feel like a tin can. The racks and build are beautiful and it cools fast and quiet. Overall I am very satisfied! Speaking of cooling, each side has large fans in the back that activates when the doors are closed to ensure that the cold air flows all around the inside of the unit. The tin can unit had no such feature and the temperature of items in that unit would vary wildly from the top/bottom/sides of the unit. If I could change one thing it would be that both sides could have the ability to cool to 34. While we are wine drinkers we never have more than 4-5 bottles in the house so having a dedicated compartment that holds 40+ bottles is a little on the useless side for us. That being said if you are using this as a wine only cooler this is a complete non issue!! Even with our usage though.. the 41 degree setting is just as cool if not cooler than the lowest setting on the Amazon tin can unit so its not out of the question to store cans in the right side they just wont be as cold as cans from the left side..

It is undeniably a beautiful wine cooler, looks nice and gives an elegant touch to our dinning room. But there is no way it fits the announced bottles. Even the regular size ones block using the above or below shelf in the same side. This was frustrating.

Works fine. Is quiet. Looks good. The first model Best Buy sent was defective. One of the doors did not seal. Best Buy was good about getting a replacement, so ultimately no complaints.

Packaged very well and only assembly was to attach the door handles which took minutes. No noticeable fan noise and it appears to keep the temperature zones constant. Door locks will not prevent any serious attempt to breach them. Only serious complaint, and this is pretty serious, is how the shelves are laid out. If you have any slightly oversized wine bottles they will not fit unless you start removing shelves or cram them in there. Wire shelves will not hold beer bottles standing up unless you only use 1 wire shelf. Essentially this is good for cans only. Wine does not display nicely because of how you need to stack it so LED lighting, though nice, only highlights the bottoms of your wine bottles through the glass. Pulling shelves out is difficult and due to the narrow gaps between shelves, you can't read your bottle labels. You have to pull shelves out individually, but you can't pull them out enough to easily see the labels. So you have to (struggle) to get the bottles out. In most cases, you have to pull out the shelf, then slide the bottle in so it completely clears the shelf edge, then slide the shelf back in. Basically, they designed this to cram as many bottles in there as possible. So if your goal is to maximize space, this is a great choice. If your goal is accessibility, viewing, and identification, this is a bad choice. The design is nice, but having to look at the bottoms of wine bottles through the glass seriously detracts from the glamor.

I LOVE this mini fridge!! It is a classy look to my bar area. Im able to store wine and drinks. It also has a built in "alarm" to make you aware when you leave the door open! Such a great look and awesome features... you cant go wrong!

Great little fridge. Bought it to replace a similar Danby that crapped out. Love that it has a colder setting down to 34F and is a lot quieter than the old one. I’m very pleased with the functionality and value of this unit.

Very nice cooler, holds a lot of beer and wine, and everything is kept chilled nicely. Solid build quality, and the stainless finish looks great. The only thing keeping me from giving it 5 stars is that it is a little noisy. It's not that big of a deal for where we have it located, but when you're near it, the sound of the cooling fans is very noticeable.

Love the dual temperature settings for wine and beverages. Looks perfect in the kitchen!

We really like how the new wine fridge looks in our kitchen so far no issue

I purchased the Model NS-BC2ZSS8 model in 2018 and the unit is irreparable in 2024. A third party repair organization advised me that parts are not available, so the unit is a total loss after 5 years. My sister-in-law purchased the same model and it stopped working after 3 years with no ability to repair the unit. When I contacted Insignia, I was told that they do not provide in home service. If you wish for service, you will need to make an appointment with the Geek Squad and bring the unit to Best Buy. Even if you take it in for repairs, parts may be obsoleted. For the time the unit was working, it was a beautiful addition to my kitchen, however the reliability is very poor for about a $500 investment.

Like many other reviews that I just read, this product stopped working right after the warranty period expired. We went through all the steps to reset it and even unplugged it for a month to see if it would start up again, but did not. I would pass on this product or just buy a cheaper one that you wont feel bad about losing after less than I year. I thinking about putting shelves in where 6 month beverage cooler used to be. Manufacturer should also put in bold in the user guide that it needs its own circuit. We also had to pay an electrician to put it on its own breaker, so a double whammy in price.

Lots of room for wine bottles and cans . Perfect size

A little tight to put in three bottles on a shelf. Pretty quiet which is good. I like the dual temperature zones for white and red wines.

Good while it worked. Did not last long. No one, including Best Buy will repair it.

Purchased this fridge in September of 21' and it started failing in Nov 24'. We bought a 4 year warranty with the fridge so I called GeekSquad. They arranged for a technician to come out. 24 hours later they cancelled the appointment and told me they do not do home service on this appliance. I was told to return a full size 125lb refrigerator to a store to have them deal with it there. After organizing help to load it into the back of my car, it became obvious that the fridge has a coolant leak and it went all over my garage. Frustrated I went to BestBuy and tried to talk to GeekSquad there, where they told me I was out of luck with ordering a replacement to have the leaking one picked up. I had to physically return it to the store myself. So now I'm either going to have to rent a van to return the fridge at my own cost, or have refrigerant coolant in the back of my car. So please, NEVER buy an insignia appliance, it's not worth the headache. After all of the changes to the My BestBuy rewards I think I'm done and will be cancelling TotalTech as well.

This wine cooler is not only elegant, but also has an excellent quality finish. The size is just big enough to hold your wine and any other beverages and small enough to be set up anywhere you need it to be! Very happy with it.

We purchased this unit to update our kitchen. Looks custom and was very easy to install. The versatility with the wood racks provides us to store our a variety of cans and bottled beverages. The double glass doors and stainless steal looks custom. Great price!
