This unit is an upgrade in that it also controls the TV volume and power as well as internet content viewing via Amazon Prime, Hulu, Netflix, You Tube and other free or subscription services you nay have. I love it and bought several for other TVs or as backups since they were at such a great price.

Never lose it again

I have very dark couches, and my remote often gets stuck or camouflaged into the couch making it hard to find. Now that this cover is on it, I can find it with no issues. I found the remote is great and is very durable to protect the remote from drops. Highly Recommended!!
