Good for an Iphone 7 sized phone

Fits well and this is probably the maximum size it will easily fit (probably good for Iphone SE). If your phone is larger (and in a protective Otter type case) it is probably too small. Band is comfortable and easy

Good band for cardio

Usually I just go with generic accessories, but having a Pixel XL, could not find an armband that I liked that actually fit my phone. This one fits, and is comfortable when I run with it.
