The only issues I had that were probably user error are positioning the armband how I want it. It does slide with movement and I needed to adjust it several times but I figured it might be normal.

She bought it anyways to be like "surprise!" but when i tried it on the "surprise!" was on her...it was too small for my massive triceps. But...the item was nice and I would have totally used it if I could.
