Amazing for workouts! Just okay for running!

It works pretty well, but can slide around unless you strap it really tight (which somewhat restricts movement). It is very comfortable for other workout activities!

I dont know how comfortable it will be directly to the arm ive only used it over a long sleeved shirt. The plastic case feels like it may be uncomfortable for long time usage. Overall great for a replacement or outdoor activity.
