According to the tracking my item has went from New York, Ohio, California, and now heading back to Ohio. Next time I plan on ordering from Amazon and will get my Prime free 2 day shipping.

I have a Samsung, Galaxy S9+ and even though it was advertised on the Best Buy site as being able to accommodate an S9+, it did not support it and the box didn't even have it listed on the box as being able to support the S9+. Things were checked and it was the correct one ordered, but it was not as it claimed to be. I do not have a picture to post because I took it back to Best Buy immediately and got a full refund.

Kept slipping down my arm regardless of how tight I made the strap on my arm. My phone did fit in well, even with the case on... but just not useable.
