I'm sorry about this whole situation. The armband specifies certain models that it accepts (iPhone® Xs Max, XR, 8 Plus, 7 Plus, Samsung Note9 and Galaxy S10, S10+, S9+). If your phone is none of the above we cannot guarantee that it will work with it. As always, if it doesn't fit at all, you have a 15 day return window on every purchase made at Best Buy.
