Solid Case; Looks Great
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Bought this case when I got a new Samsung Tablet E. It keeps the tablet in there securely and looks great. Magnet is strong, so it stays shuts really well. Overall, I'd get this again if I needed to.

OK for landscape only

It fit well but neither I nor any of the store associates could figure out how to get it to work in portrait mode. This makes it useless if you want to use the tablet for an e-reader. Note also it blocks the rear camera, but why would you want to take a picture with a tablet?? It was particularly disappointing because the version I got several years ago for my 7" tablet rotated easily. Unfortunately it wouldn't fit an 8" unit.

Does not fit my tablet

Also, the way it folds to stand seems more complicated than necessary. Don't have a gift receipt so I hope I can still return it.

It cover's the charging port.....seriously?

However, since it's made by Insignia, one would think that it would provide seamless functionality with the 8" Insignia tablets. NOPE!!!! The corner clip covers the charging port on the new Insignia tablet I just bought. This means removing the tablet every time I need to charge it. So now I get to head back to Best Buy and attempt to find a different brand "Universal" case for my Insignia tablet. I guess in 2016 it's simply to much to expect that people that work in R&D actually talk to each other about how their projects will work together properly.

Highly durable; only one drawback
