This computer replaced a computer brought in July. A Geek Squad agent installed the first computer and I could use it with little difficulty. I assume it was for beginners., but the second computer is too complicated for me. I have talked with Geek Squad quite a few times, but they say they can not get the original program for me. A Geek Squad agent is scheduled to come to my home on Sept. 7. i pray that this agent will be to get the original program .

Tablet case is a bit too big for my tablet, but it works great. Packaging said it was for 8" tablets, but it works for up to 10", which is why my tablet seems small. Not a deal breaker.

Hard to get the tablet inserted. Will not stand up for very long, before it starts sliding out of place. Good for protecting tablet, not much else.

Good quality tablet case. It does what it is advertised to do. The elastic restraints still hold the tablet in place and it is very sturdy.

I mean it's okay but it could be a little better not that satisfied but for the price i can't be complaining I guess

I recently this tablet for my girlfriend's tablet to replaced the one that has worn out she really loves it because it does not slip out of the cover.

This si a great case for the tablet we have. Our last one stood up very well to the use of my son. When the tablet was repaired we chose to get a new cover. Great quality and great price.

Do not recommend for on the go case. I do not have the confidence of taking tablet outdoors because of the style of the case but do like it for keeping the tablet indoors.

Was flimsy and didn’t hold up well at all and was a waste of money. Made with cheap plastic that is not durable and it was a disappointment trying to use and I just tossed it in the trash one day.

This works for my galaxy A. They don't make one just for the Galaxy A and this works. The only thing is the magnet in the cover makes the screen go black so I put a napkin between the tablet and the cover. Works great then.

Plenty of Protection for your tablet. This works with 10 inch tablet and 8 inch tablet looks small when mounted inside however it offers more edge drop cushioning with 8". Mounting brackets easily stretch and hold very firmly.

Works fine to be universal, although wish it had a screen protector and come in different colors but overall something is better than nothing to protect a tablet for a preteen.

This was a gift item for a friend. It works great with his 8 inch Galaxy Tab A. The cool thing about this, is that he's using it.

It's easy to use, but feels somewhat unsecure. The clips block access to certain functions/ports. Only time will tell if this was a good buy.

The case is for the installation of the Samsung tablet. The folder over flap holds securely .Fits snug on my Samsung 8" tablet.

Its a really nice cover. I really want to give it 5 stars, but the only problem is the magnetized flap. It defeats the purpose of folding it back so youre able to hold and read or browse. Whenever I do so, it dims the tablet as if Im done using. I had to find akward ways to make sure the flap doesnt parallel against the back of the tablet to avoid dimming the screen. Now to the positive part, so great thing about it is that it does protect the tablet, especially the corners, which are always my concern.

The corner holder hits the power button. I returned this item. It was made very well and would have been good, but the power button thing.
