Horrible, it didn’t support my iPad enough to use it properly. I am returning it now.

It doesn’t fit well, you can’t use the finger print

Not a good experience at all! Stopped on the way home for what we felt would be a short shopping trip. Was told that this cover would fit the Ipad Air that we owned from the salesman. Purchased, took to car, tried it out. Did NOT come close to fitting. After an hour of shopping, purchasing, trying, and returning, we will not be going back to Best Buy again. What a pain! I ended up ordering from Amazon and we love the product we got.

It doesn't seem to fit well on the iPad. It makes the touch ID button unavailable to place your finger on it properly. I am constantly having to removed the case on that corner to use it properly.

This is a nice rugged case that will provide protection for your new thin 13” iPad Pro. The case is well built and has very nice protective corner bumpers which should protect you from drops. The cover is also sturdy and activates the auto sleep/wake functionality to help you save battery by waking up or sleeping your iPad and also doubles as a stand for horizontal viewing. The cover also includes a magnetic clasp to keep the it securely closed during storage or transport. The back is fully enclosed but the panel is clear so you can show off that wonder shade of grey… The case is slightly larger to incorporate enclosed storage and protection for your Apple Pencil. There are cutouts for the sleep/wake Touch ID button as well as the charging port, speakers and camera. This case does add some additional size to your iPad Pro so be aware of that, but it’s not a big issue since the additional size does provide some decent protection. The one complaint I have experienced is that the bulk of the case around the Touch ID does make accessing the button slightly awkward. If you are looking for some decent protection for your iPad Pro this is for you.

Summary: Surprising number of sophisticated features for the price. Very robust. If you're looking for slim, this isn't it. If you want your iPad to be protected if you drop it, this is well worth your buying. I've owned iPads since the original and with them a lot of cases. I usually get the Apple cases, and they are good but minimalist and very expensive. I always worry about them being protective enough when traveling (even if just in my backpack going to work), because of the unknowns and sometimes stressful conditions. But most of the alternative cases I have seen are either too heavy, or too hard to put on or off, or hard to stand, or just plain fugly. I was pleasantly surprised to find this case from Insignia addresses all of these and more. It's light for the size, and has protective bumpers. It's easy to put on and off, so I can use it when I travel (leave it in my backpack), and use my Apple case for hanging around the house. Additional welcome touches include, microfiber lining to protect the screen from micro scratches, auto on and off, and a window in the back to you can actually see your iPad. What a concept! It amuses me when people debate which color to get, than promptly slap a case on it that covers it up. This lets you share your color choice. It does have that quasi military look with the ribbed bumpers, but I've seen worse and they are functional and give me confidence when I carry it around. Bottom line, no regrets for the price. It may become my favorite case.

Item was never delivered and Best Buy re-shipped another and it was never delivered either. Very frustrated with Best Buy.

The new iPad Pro M4 is Ana amazing device. It’s also rediculously thin and can be fragile. Putting it in a case is a great idea if you plan on moving around with it outside or in hazardous situations. This case is made is a flexible material which makes it easier to install the iPad into. It’s also makes it easier to hold and feels very comfortable. The back of the case is clear plastic so you can see the color of your iPad instead of completely covering it up. The cover is attached and fastens by a magnetic clip when closed. It’s also has a soft felt inner lining that cover the screen for extra protection. The cover also folds to make a stand if needed. The back cover is more rigid but will offer a high level of comfort to hold and protection. Unlike other higher protective cases this one can be put on and taken off quickly so you can decide to use it or not more often. Thankfully I have not dropped my device yet but feel confident that if I did, it would be protected. I would highly recommend this case.

The insignia Folio Case for 13” iPad Pro (M4) for me is a huge upgrade from the case I purchased at another online store (because the local Best Buy didn’t have anything in stock at the time).. Putting it on, the first thing I notice is there are a kind of a shock absorber on each side of the case, they are also on the corners, which should help prevent damage if the iPad Pro is dropped while using this case. The microfiber lining prevents scratching, which is useful if you want to trade the iPad Pro in towards a newer model and want the excellent condition value. The Apple Pencil Pro is easy to store and take out (this was a royal pain on my original case). When you close this case the magnetic flap holds it closed which reduces the likelihood that if you drop it while carrying it that it will land on the screen and scratch it. The back of this case has a see through patch, so you can see the Apple logo and color of your iPad Pro. I love this Insignia case and would strongly recommend it.

Excellent product for the price. I reduced a star because when the case is open and using the iPad there’s no way to secure the open flap in a place. It’s a bit of a nuisance.

iPad doesn’t stay in place securely volume keys are hard to press

Worked on inserting 13" iPad Pro into this case for a ridiculous amount of time - not successful. Sought help thinking my fingers just weren't strong enough to get iPad to snap in. 'The man' couldn't get it to fit either. Terrible fit. Won't stay in case. After 'installing', very hard to push buttons on top and side. Didn't bother to see if charger would reach like others have complained about. How can this case get good reviews??? Was excited for a new case. So disappointed - what a waste of time. NOTE: I rarely write reviews.
