Top corners (camera end) of IPad continually fall out then with the whole IPad falling out. Trying to plug in to charge the IPad is also an issue-end of charger will not plug in properly with IPad in the case. Easy access to IPad power button is yet another drawback when the case is attached.

Stopped on the way home for what we felt would be a short shopping trip. Was told that this cover would fit the Ipad Air that we owned from the salesman. Purchased, took to car, tried it out. Did NOT come close to fitting. After an hour of shopping, purchasing, trying, and returning, we will not be going back to Best Buy again. What a pain! I ended up ordering from Amazon and we love the product we got.

It makes the touch ID button unavailable to place your finger on it properly. I am constantly having to removed the case on that corner to use it properly.

Bulky but that’s a good thing
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.This is a nice rugged case that will provide protection for your new thin 13” iPad Pro. The case is well built and has very nice protective corner bumpers which should protect you from drops. The cover is also sturdy and activates the auto sleep/wake functionality to help you save battery by waking up or sleeping your iPad and also doubles as a stand for horizontal viewing. The cover also includes a magnetic clasp to keep the it securely closed during storage or transport. The back is fully enclosed but the panel is clear so you can show off that wonder shade of grey… The case is slightly larger to incorporate enclosed storage and protection for your Apple Pencil. There are cutouts for the sleep/wake Touch ID button as well as the charging port, speakers and camera. This case does add some additional size to your iPad Pro so be aware of that, but it’s not a big issue since the additional size does provide some decent protection. The one complaint I have experienced is that the bulk of the case around the Touch ID does make accessing the button slightly awkward. If you are looking for some decent protection for your iPad Pro this is for you.

Solid for the Price

If you're looking for slim, this isn't it. If you want your iPad to be protected if you drop it, this is well worth your buying. I've owned iPads since the original and with them a lot of cases. I usually get the Apple cases, and they are good but minimalist and very expensive. I always worry about them being protective enough when traveling (even if just in my backpack going to work), because of the unknowns and sometimes stressful conditions. But most of the alternative cases I have seen are either too heavy, or too hard to put on or off, or hard to stand, or just plain fugly. I was pleasantly surprised to find this case from Insignia addresses all of these and more. It's light for the size, and has protective bumpers. It's easy to put on and off, so I can use it when I travel (leave it in my backpack), and use my Apple case for hanging around the house. Additional welcome touches include, microfiber lining to protect the screen from micro scratches, auto on and off, and a window in the back to you can actually see your iPad. What a concept! It amuses me when people debate which color to get, than promptly slap a case on it that covers it up. This lets you share your color choice. It does have that quasi military look with the ribbed bumpers, but I've seen worse and they are functional and give me confidence when I carry it around. Bottom line, no regrets for the price. It may become my favorite case.
