Did not fit 10.9 inch iPad.it was also dirty when I pulled it from packaging. I was definitely not expecting to purchase the case and dirt.

This is a nice buy that is solidly made and is so versatile. If you have the current generation of Ipad, the previous generation of Ipad Air and the small Ipad Pro, this will fill all the requirements. The case has four flexible sides that can be tugged and pulled to change the size of the case to help enable a snug fit. The cuts are versatile enough to accommodate the necessary access to all the buttons and cameras. There is a nice slot for the pen as well and the case doubles up as a stand with ease. It does have some weight to it so if you are like me and wants to hold the tablet while lying down, the weight can be a like cumbersome after sometime. At the same time, the bulk and the good construction will help protect your tablet if it falls. In my use, I tried the current Ipad (fit nicely), the previous generation Ipad Air and the current generation Ipad Air and all of them fit very nicely and worked well. Given the build quality, this should last some years as well. Highly recommended.

This Insignia iPad folio case is definitely built to last. Like most of the insignia line up I t’s rugged, durable, and feels like it can take a beating. I love that it holds the Apple Pencil securely, so I can just toss it in my bag without any worry about losing it or the iPad getting damaged. I also really like the ability it has with standing on its own. It’s one of those things that once you have is hard to ever not have. I use this basically every day/night on my nightstand to watch shows since it displays the amazing screen so well at my bed level this way. The case is super solid, and for anyone who prioritizes protection, this is top tier. However, it’s a bit bulkier and heavier than I’d prefer, especially with how sleek and light the newer iPads are. This generation I really was looking for more of a thin product but we all know thin doesn’t give any real protection and with how expensive these devices are this gives much better piece of mind. So while it’s not my go-to style because I like my accessories to be more minimal, I can’t knock the quality or how secure everything feels. Anyone looking for top-tier protection, while not breaking the bank, this is worth a look.

Looks nice but Clumsy design, hard to get on, complex folding to stand. Others simpler and work much better.

The Insignia iPad folio case is a solid, protective case and stand for the iPad. Made of a hard plastic frame and a polyurethane covered plastic case, the Insignia folio case cushions the iPad from scratches and blows. A creative system of four corner brackets on elastic straps hold the iPad firmly in place, and above the iPad there is a holder for your Apple Pencil. All controls are easy to access and operate with the folio case in place, and the camera lenses are unobstructed. The folio case closes securely with a magnetic flap over the front, while the back of the case flips around to create a stand. This stand can be used in either desktop or lap viewing angles, making it a versatile option for travel or around the house. The folio case is lightweight but, as with all protective cases, a bit thick at 1”. For use around the house or in situations where droppage is a real concern, this size works well. For travel, the thickness makes it challenging to store in a small backpack sleeve. Overall, it’s a well-designed case, solidly constructed with good materials. The inclusion of the Pencil holder and the magnetic flap make it easy to use. If you need a protective case, this is an excellent choice.

I actually bought other manufactures cases and either they didn't fit well or the volume buttons were half covered. Just not up to what I felt was right for an expensive iPad. This Insignia case has elastic tabs that allow the corners to expand out and hold the dimensions stated. Cut out for power button, volume and charging port were perfect and it protects the iPad really well. I also like how it's covered all the way around like a portfolio, no open sides when not in use. When open it can be used as a stand or not. Highly recommend this case.

This iPad case is very well made, sturdy, and very protective. It is so secure on your iPad that it is a little bit difficult to get your iPad into it! I got the black so it will look pristine over time. The soft feel texture of the cover is so nice and luxurious. The closure is a strong magnetic attraction and is also very secure, but not so much that you would break a nail or anything opening it. It is easy to open. My first disappointment about it was the weight of the item. The weight of this cover is 1 lb 2.3 oz versus my old cover is only 9 oz. When you figure the weight of the cover with the iPad, it is 2 lbs 3.6 oz and 1 lb 10.2 oz respectively. So this cover adds a significant amount of weight. However, again, it is built very well and I am sure that your iPad is protected even if you drop it…I was not going to try that! This cover also can be set up to stand on its side (landscape) in multiple positions and is much more secure than my old cover. When I play on my iPad , the iPad would fall down and you are always putting it back into place. Not with this one! It stays put! The other disappointment is that you cannot rotate the iPad in the cover and stand it up in the portrait (vertical) position. Different games on the iPad play in different positions, so rotation is a must. I think if you bought this, most people would be enjoy it.

The Insignia Folio Case for 10+ to 11-inch iPad Air and iPad Pro model is ingenious—it uses four movable frame quadrants to hold the iPad tightly in place. Thus, it fits several models of iPads with slightly different footprints. The frame that holds the iPad is a harder plastic. Adjust each of the four corners of this frame to snugly hold the iPad in place. The frame has cutouts for the iPad speakers, charging receptacle, and buttons. The top of the frame has a recessed area where you can charge an Apple Pencil magnetically, and you can charge the Pencil pointing either left or right. The folio case also provides an elastic loop for Pencil storage above the iPad. The outer folio is a smoother, softer vinyl in matte gray. It has a magnetic catch and turns off the iPad when the folio is fully closed. You can configure the case at a low angle for typing or reading in landscape mode, or fold it differently for a more upright angle for reading, presentations, or viewing videos or participating in Zoom of FaceTime meetings. Use the magnetic flap to hold the folio case in one these positions, or to simply fold the case flat. I was skeptical that this case would work in the two landscape angled positions during normal use. Other, similar folio cases collapse when in the upright position, with and without interacting with (touching) the iPad screen. The Insignia folio case works well when folded into the lower angle, providing a comfortable surface for typing, reading, playing games, and more. However, it comes unfolded when you pick up the iPad in its case. In the more upright configuration, this folio case works better on a table, but does not work well on your lap, especially if you need to interact with the iPad screen. Like most other folio cases (except for those with a rotating frame within the folio), the Insignia iPad folio case does not provide configurations other than flat for portrait orientation. This is an issue since many of the apps I use only work in portrait mode. This is a sturdy, protective, value-priced case. I would like to see it available in more than one color; something more vibrant.

First off, this is a review with the iPad Air M2 11". The case fits the iPad well, however the camera cutout seems a bit odd, since its too big for my particular tablet. I understand why they designed it this way, so that the same cover can fir many similar sized models, but still its not the best look. Build - Its really well built and the moment you put it on you feel like your iPad is fully protected now. However I was not in the mood of chucking it off my table to test just how well it is truly protected :). The cover has magnetic close, so it doesn't keep flipping open on its own. Once on, it looks like a book binder. Closing the cover does seem to turn off the screen automatically and opening it turns on the screen. There are a couple of ways (angles) to keep the tablet standing in landscape mode, although unfortunately I did not find any way to have it standing stable in portrait mode. For all of my usecases landscape suited me just well. The only complaint I have is that it feels pretty bulky and adds a lot of heft to the tablet. I personally don't have an Apple pencil but the case does have a fabric loop to keep a hold of a pencil if you have one, however I can't confirm if the pencil will auto charge in that loop. Overall, since my tablet is mostly with my kids I love how reliable and safe this feels, so a definite thumbs up from me.

This item adjusts to your iPad very securely, I love that it had an elastic pen holder were I had the hard case and the pen was hard to take out, it is durable to protect the iPad and looks so sleek!

Nice case for my iPad. Price Decent price considering the current abhorrent economy. Hopefully, a person with a brain, will occupy the Oval Office & we'll begin to take our Country back.

Not as easy to use as my last case. It’s heavier and bulkier.
