VERY unhappy that I was charged an "additional" fee for installation, 2 mins after I bought, standing right next to Geek Squad booth. Also waited for 30 + mins to get any kind of acknowledgment from members of the Geek Squad even though, there were no less then 4 employees standing around "BS"ing.
