He cracked it the first time he put too much pressure right above the home button. I spent extra cause I wanted to protect the iPad for longer then a cheap one would. Didn't work for my kids unfortunately :(

To be honest I’d pay the $5 or $10 extra bucks for the protecter with the installation guide they have if I could do it over again.

A little hard to apply perfectly but if you take your time and and go slow you can get them on nicely. 3 stars for difficulty of applying the protector

My only complaint is that it is not very compatible with cases. Once you install it and put it in a case, it peels off a bit in the corners. I recommend it only for those who do not use cases.

I tried doing it myself and now have permanent bubbles that are always on my screen. The manufacturer should have put that in bigger, bolder type that it is extremely difficult to put on the iPad without special tools or experience!

Went home and went to sleep(i work nights). Woke up a few minutes ago and decided to install the screen protector. Instructions were fairly easy to understand. I placed the screen in the position that I wanted it in. I used the provided hinge stickers to secure the screen in place. I flipped it over to clean the screen with the wet wipes, followed by the dry wipes. As I was pulling the sticky side of the screen cover off to permanently install the screen, the screen pulled free of the hinge stickers and landed flat side down on a shaggy rug next to my kitchen island. When picking it up from the rug i noticed that from the home button to about the halfway point on the right hand side, the screen was cracked. Fastest way I've ever wasted $27. The adhesive on the provided hinge stickers wasn't adequate enough.

It was the only one available at Best Buy when I went there. After installing it. It cracked after a extremely light brush against my coffee cup. Seriously, I sat the cup next to my iPad (being careful not to spill). While doing so. I bumped my iPad and the cover screen cracked. I have used other brands on my phone and dropped it on rocks. With no scratches whatsoever. Spend a few extra bucks on a different brand and get the extra worthwhile protection.
