    The fit is not great. While it definitely covers the entire display surface, this is definitely not edge-to-edge. Oddly, the screen protector's edges come closer to the short sides than they do for the long sides, leaving me to believe this is a compromise between various models around this size with the camera on the long edge. I didn't expect much, but for the price it was a little disappointing. There are no alignment tools, so you just need to be very careful with how you install it. That can be a plus, too, as the temptation to use poorly-designed alignment guides has caused more than my fill of badly aligned or screwed-up adhesives. On that note, the adhesive laid smooth and what little air that was trapped at the last edge did eventually push out, and I am still mostly happy with the end result. But one or two very small pockets did form after a few days, which is disappointing. I must have captured some extremely fine dust. A decent screen protector for the price, if you are careful and install it in a clean area with a bit of patience. If you are having a hard time finding a screen protector for your brand-new iPad, and plan on using a Pencil with it, get it now so that you don't scratch the surface and you know what to look for in your next protector. I have never dropped an iPad, so I cannot tell you what kind of protection you're going to have from this, aside from Pencil wear.
