Bought for my IPhone 11 and working the phone controls was difficult with this case. I don’t know if I got a faulty case, but I ordered an Otterbox and have not had any issues with that case. I was disappointed with the Best Buy case as it had good reviews and that’s why I bought it. I wish I could return it, but I threw away the packaging.

I have used this brand before, it’s been great in protecting my iPhone but on this model phone and case. I could not use the volume side buttons.
